I am an architectural technologist with thirty years of residential design experience.
My projects include townhouses, custom designed homes,
renovations and additions to existing homes. The two three storey houses above are nearing completion.
I was granted a GTHBA award in 1998 for a renovation under $50K. It was featured in the Home section of the Toronto Star.
I had a basement apartment featured on the HGTV Small Spaces show in 2001 and a Floridian style mansion featured on HGTV Four
Houses show in fall 2012 (shown below and featured on the link on the next page).

A total renovation and second storey addition to a
3500 sf home located near the bluffs in the east end of Toronto, Ontario. It features a two storey high living room, designer
kitchen, three gas fireplaces, four bedrooms and master suite, three level elevator, two dens, laundry room, and gym with
wet sauna.

Ecclesiastical Projects include the Berkeley St Church, Toronto, ON that was converted to an event center,
the Church restaurant and addition to St Peter's Lutheran Church both located in Stratford, ON and completed in 1976.

The Church Restaurant, Stratford, ON
This historic church was built in 1873 and converted into
a restaurant in 1976. I designed the dining room layout.
It is well known in the theatre community and has won AAA awards and has become a landmark there.
